Staying Fit & healthy! mini workout plan!



On the go, quick and easy workout routine that anyone can do!

Cardio
  • High knees for 2 mintues
  • Jumping jacks for 4 minutes
  • Run in place for 6 minutes

Training

  • 20 crunches
  • 25 push ups
  • 1 minute plank
  • 20 squats
  • 20 lunges

Repeat three times.
