On the go, quick and easy workout routine that anyone can do!
Cardio
High knees for 2 mintues
Jumping jacks for 4 minutes
Run in place for 6 minutes
Training
20 crunches
25 push ups
1 minute plank
20 squats
20 lunges
Repeat three times.
