Hi Beauties,
This morning I will be sharing my inexpensive secret product #1. Highlighter from ELF. I purchase this online and have found it to be a perfect dupe for the Benefit High Beam. I apply it as a highlighter to the the inner corner of my eye, down my nose, to my cupids bow, chin and underneath the eyebrow arch.
Definitely a favourite of mine.
