I know that eating ginger is supposed to help. Also try gargling salt water. Iknow it sounds gross but apparently it works wonders. good luck sweetie. :) .
Awww. I've been run down lately and I dosed myself up on fruit juice. Maybe try making yourself a smoothie :) Cake can help lift your mood aswell…. tricks you in to feeling better! Lol!

I always take a few drops of oil of oregano when I feel like I'm getting sick and it always helps. You can mix it in with juice and drink it or put it under your tongue and then drink something so you don't taste it as much. Hope you feel better!

aww poor thing! i always drink lemsip...that seems to work. also try a sore throat spray from the chemist, like difflam or something :)

Try a nice hot shower or soak in the bath. I've had a sore throat for a few days and it seems to help, even if just temporarily! x
