Ultimate Obsession

Green tea!
there are so many benefits of drinking green tea as it aids in the prevention of
  • cancer
  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • high cholesterol levels
  • cariovascular disease
  • infection
just to name a few :)
Pop the kettle on & enjoy a nice cup of tea!

  6. Love Green Tea! When I was a Uni student I used to drink around 7 cups a day! I tend to enjoy White Tea more though - it's from the same family but the taste is subtly sweeter than Green. A nice brand you can buy at the supermarket is Lotus Peak White Tea.

    I tend to drink Chamomile Tea more often these days :)

    therefore for every cup, you should drink 2 cups of water

    Manda - it does take some getting used to as it is a little bitter, but if you mix a little sugar/honey it makes it that much better!

  12. I love green tea too! Except my friend got her teeth professionally whitened at a dentist, and he said that if they were too bright, to drink green tea, and it would take it down a shade or two, which makes me wonder if it dulls the teeth? (only mentioning this because you mentioned you were trying to get your teeth super white!)
